Jeremy Melvin

Jeremy Melvin serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., having advanced through roles including Vice President and Director of Human Resources for the Southwest Region since May 2019. Prior to this position, Jeremy Melvin spent over 16 years at Target, where responsibilities included Human Resources Director, overseeing HR operations for 76 stores and more than 10,000 employees across several states. Additional roles at Target encompassed Regional Food Leader, Group Merchandising Leader, District Assets Protection Team Leader, and DC Group Leader. Jeremy Melvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
