John Bush

John Bush, CPA, currently serves as Construction Controller at McCarthy-Bush Corporation since June 2025. Previously, John held multiple leadership positions at Vista Residential Partners from November 2020 to June 2025, including Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Controller at Blaze Partners, LLC, and various audit positions at Frazier & Deeter, LLC, where John progressed from Audit Associate to Audit Manager. John began a career in finance as an intern at Turner Broadcasting and Frazier & Deeter, LLC, after working as an Alternative Investments Analyst at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, complemented by additional coursework at Georgia State University.
