Garrett Charity

Garrett Charity is a Partner at McCarthy Law PLC, specializing in nationwide FCRA litigation and debt balance reduction. Garrett previously served as a Commissioner at the City of West Hollywood and Attorney at DocRun, focusing on business transaction documents and legal research. Garrett also worked as a Legal Assistant at Global Do Gooders and volunteered in legal matters such as marriage dissolution and unpaid wage disputes. Prior to their legal career, Garrett held a position as a District Manager at Cook Medical. Garrett holds a JD from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Princeton University. Garrett is admitted to the CA State Bar, TX State Bar, and all CA Federal Courts.
