Robert Kracht

Robert Kracht is an accomplished attorney specializing in debtor/creditor rights, with extensive experience in commercial litigation and bankruptcy. As a Partner at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman since August 2005, Robert chairs the debtor/creditor rights group. Prior to this role, Robert served as a Partner at McIntyre, Kahn & Kruse Co. L.P.A. from January 1990 to August 2005, focusing on lender liability and restructuring distressed companies. Before that, Robert was an Associate at Benesch, Friedlander from May 1986 to December 1989, where involvement included commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
