Ryan Palko

Ryan Palko is currently an Associate Attorney at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA, since August 2023, following experience as an Associate in Transaction Services at Cohen & Company from August 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that role, Ryan served as a Legal Extern to Justice Michael P. Donnelly at the Supreme Court of Ohio and held law clerk positions at Mansour Gavin LPA and Flannery Georgalis, LLC. A Technical Writer at Matrix Pointe Software from May 2016 to January 2019 further underscores Ryan's diverse skill set. Academically, Ryan is pursuing a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Baltimore and has completed multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Accounting, an MBA, and a JD from Cleveland State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Ohio State University. Educational foundations were laid at St. Edward High School, from which Ryan graduated in 2014.
