Tracy Francis

Tracy Francis is a legal professional with extensive experience in complex business litigation. Currently serving as Principal at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA since January 2021, Tracy previously held the position of Partner in Litigation at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP from September 2006 to January 2021, specializing in contract disputes, intellectual property, fraud, and products liability in both state and federal courts. Tracy has also worked as a Senior Associate and Associate during time at Porter Wright. Educated at the University of Akron School of Law with a J.D. degree and Xavier University with a B.A. in History and English, Tracy combines a strong academic background with a robust legal practice.
