Fiona Leigh is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a strong background in internal communications and digital marketing. Currently serving as Group Internal Communications Manager at McCarthy Stone since October 2014, Fiona is responsible for developing and implementing intranet and internal communications strategies to align with business objectives. Previous roles include Web Content & SEO Executive at Teachers Assurance, where Fiona enhanced website performance and content strategy, and Group Internal Comms Channel Manager at LV=, focusing on internal communications channels. Fiona's early career involved managing digital marketing efforts at WDS, Codestone Technologies, Orbis Software, and Strange Corporation.
