Mike Lloyd

Mike joined McCarthy & Stone in January 2019.

Mike is an experienced operational director and strategy consultant with deep experience in the consumer, financial and B2B services sectors. Upon graduating from Jesus College, Cambridge University, with an MA in Computer Science and an MPhil in Computer Speech and Language Processing, Mike joined Oliver Wyman in 2001 and progressed rapidly to Partner in 2011, leading the UK consumer services practice.

A consulting assignment at the AA led to Mike’s appointment to the role of Commercial Director, responsible for Group Marketing, Roadside Sales, Contact Centres, and B2B Services. Mike progressed rapidly at the AA taking on responsibility for insurance and financial services, membership, new product development and strategy and business transformation.

Mike is responsible for the Group’s Management Services operations, as well as Marketing, Sales and Resales, and will lead the drive to leverage the strategic opportunities for the Group. This includes increasing customer appeal by offering a broader choice of tenure options, as well as increased flexibility and affordable offerings.
