Sam Sidhu

Sam Sidhu has an extensive work experience history, starting as an Area Manager at Mohawk Oil in 1994. Over the years, they held various HR positions at Rogers Communication Inc., focusing on talent management and people strategies. Sam later transitioned to roles at Colliers International and NimblShift Consulting, specializing in performance coaching and learning catalyst services, respectively. Currently, Sam serves as the Human Resources Director at McCarthy Tétrault, overseeing HR programs and processes for the Vancouver office.

Sam Sidhu completed a BA and BBA in Economics and Business at Simon Fraser University from 1981 to 1986. In 2009, they also earned a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Additionally, they pursued Human Resources at Queens University in 2006. Sam also holds certifications such as a Professional Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation in 2020 and a Certified Executive Coach designation from Royal Roads University.
