Nancy McCaulou

Nancy McCaulou has extensive experience in retail, currently serving as the Senior Clothing Buyer for Children's Apparel at McCaulou's Department Stores since 1990, where responsibility includes managing all merchandise for the Children's Department from Newborn to size 16. Prior to this role, Nancy held key positions including Manager of Operations at Laura Ashley, where oversight extended to the flagship store and two additional locations, while achieving significant annual sales. Experience also includes roles as Department Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus Group, where management of staff, inventory, and sales performance was critical. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the University of California, Berkeley.
