Chike Aguh serves as a Senior Advisor for The Project on Workforce at Harvard and holds multiple leadership roles, including Senior Fellow at The Burnes Center for Social Change and at the Burning Glass Institute. As Vice Chair and Commissioner of the Maryland Higher Education Commission, Chike contributes to the establishment of statewide policies for higher education in Maryland. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Innovation Officer for the U.S. Department of Labor under the Biden Administration, where efforts focused on innovative technologies for workforce inclusion. Chike is also a member of the Board of Advisors for New Markets Venture Partners and a public speaker on the future of work, emphasizing national competitiveness and racial equity. Educational credentials consist of an MBA in Innovation Strategy from The Wharton School, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, an Ed.M from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University.
