David Livingston

David Livingston is the Managing Director of McChrystal Academy at McChrystal Group. David was previously a Senior Learning Designer at CEB, now Gartner, and a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant at CH2M.

Livingston has extensive experience in leadership development. David served as the Program Manager for the LEAD Institute, an accelerated development program targeting high-potential mid-level managers, and as the Program Manager for the School of Leadership & Management within CH2M HILL's Learning and Organizational Development group. David also designed and managed the Manager Essentials program, which became the most widely used leadership program in the company's 70-year history.

Livingston is also an expert in organizational change management. David developed an interactive Organizational Change Management guide based on academic research and company practice.

David Livingston has a doctorate in education from The George Washington University. Their focus is on human and organizational learning. David also has a masters in practical theology from Regent University and a bachelors in biology from Messiah University.

Their manager is Stan McChrystal, CEO & Chairman. David Livingston works with Shawnetta Walker - Events Manager, Cherylanne Anderson - Partner, and Afiba Edwards - CIO & Enterprise Solutions Lead.
