Grant Whidden

Grant Whidden currently serves as a Microsoft 365 Engineer and SharePoint Specialist at McChrystal Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Grant accumulated extensive experience at Ethnos360 over 18 years, notably as an Application Developer, where significant projects included migrating 100,000 employee files to BambooHR and developing Power Automate flows for data integration between platforms. Grant also held the position of Director of IT Operations, overseeing IT operations across six locations, managing a Microsoft 365 environment for 3,000 global users, and developing various applications powered by SharePoint and Power Automate. As Campus IT Director, responsibilities included major infrastructure overhauls and successful migrations to SharePoint Online. Grant's foundational role as System Administrator included the creation of custom learning management systems and management of a complex network environment.
