Stephanie Beltz

Stephanie Beltz, PhD, is a Leadership Psychologist at McChrystal Group since August 2021, utilizing insights from organizational, social, and behavioral research to enhance leadership and team effectiveness for various clients. Previously, Stephanie served as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at Jackson, focusing on human capital strategies, and as a Professor at Anne Arundel Community College, where a diverse teaching approach was implemented. Earlier roles include working as a Psychotherapist in both Northwood Health Systems and The Academy Schools, along with serving as Interim Program Chair at Belmont College, facilitating educational leadership and curriculum development. Stephanie holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School, a Master’s in Psychology in Education from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Ohio University.
