Michael Norkus

Michael Norkus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and supply chain optimization, currently serving as Sr. Manager of New Products and Promotions at McClement Management Group since February 2024. Previously, Michael held multiple roles at People Rocket, including Associate Principal Designer, where responsibilities encompassed team management, project roadmap redesign, and product positioning strategy. At HAVI, significant contributions ranged from leading a team of developers as Product Owner to receiving the HAVI President’s Award for outstanding performance during McDonald’s All Day Breakfast launch. Michael's earlier experience includes roles at Golden State Foods, where a strong foundation in supply chain management was established. Educational credentials include a Micro-Masters Certification in Supply Chain Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a degree in Human Resource Management from North Central College, and an ongoing pursuit of an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Joliet Junior College.
