Jefferson Thao, P.E. serves as the Engineering Manager at McClone Construction Company, a position held since September 2012, where responsibilities include mentoring the engineering team and providing support for project teams to ensure successful project completions. Prior roles at McClone include Senior Project Manager/Engineer, Project Manager, and Project Engineer, focusing on contract document analysis, concrete shop drawing creation, formwork design, and project coordination. Prior to McClone, Jefferson held the position of Account Manager at Turner Security Systems, overseeing client relations and employee management. Jefferson holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno, and a Graduate Certificate in Construction Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
