Sarah Klapperich

Sarah Klapperich is an experienced insurance professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Experience at McClone since February 2016, Sarah has held various leadership roles including Director of Client Experience, Commercial and Personal Lines Manager, and Benefits and Personal Lines Manager. Prior to McClone, Sarah worked at Marine Insurance Services, LLC. from September 2009 to February 2016 as Operations Manager, where responsibilities included hiring and training staff, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance. Sarah also served as an Agent/Broker and Account Manager during their tenure at Marine Insurance Services, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service. Previously, from September 2005 to September 2009, Sarah began professional career as a Customer Service Representative at American Family Insurance, providing support in billing, claims, and policy management.
