Colleen Huebner, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client advocacy and account management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Client Advocate at McClone since January 2023, Colleen is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with clients and carrier partners. Prior roles include Account Manager and Corporate Officer at Johnson Financial Group, where Colleen managed over 180 small group clients and acted as a Subject Matter Expert on a SharePoint Migration project. Previously, Colleen held various positions at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., developing departmental efficiencies and enhancing customer service, and supervised recordkeeping operations at Guidant Financial Group. Colleen's career began at WM Financial Services, where strategic project coordination and marketing support contributed to significant sales growth. With an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and additional certifications, Colleen combines strong managerial skills with a solid educational background in business administration and therapeutic recreation.
