Keyne Quiroga-Anania, SHRM-CP, MBA, MSHRM, currently serves as the Senior Business Operations Manager at McClure Engineering-St. Louis since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Employee Experience and Senior Employee Experience Leader at Deli Star Corporation from January 2022 to August 2025, and as Human Resources Director at Booksource from October 2007 to January 2022. Keyne's expertise encompasses employee onboarding, corporate compliance, employee relations, staff management, HR program development, and performance management. Keyne obtained an MBA and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Webster University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Minor in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
