Brenda Snyder, GBA, HIA, PHIAS has over 10 years of work experience in the insurance and benefits industry. Brenda started their career in 2009 as a Sales Consultant at Elite Group, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, Brenda joined McConkey Insurance & Benefits as a Senior Benefits Consultant. At McConkey, they specialize in off-shore captive programs, self-insurance, unique surety arrangements, and other risk financing techniques to protect businesses and maximize the efficiencies within their group benefit plans. Brenda's expertise and experience make their a valuable asset in providing financial security for businesses throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Brenda Snyder, GBA, HIA, PHIAS completed their education with an Associate's degree in Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania, which they obtained between 1978 and 1980.
