Seth McCarty, GBA

Seth McCarty, GBA has a diverse work experience history. Seth started their career as a Sales Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods in 2017. Following that, they worked as an Assistant Project Management Intern at Fidelity Engineering Corp in 2018. In the same year, Seth joined Kelly & Associates Insurance Group as an Account Implementation Specialist. Seth later transitioned to McConkey Insurance & Benefits in 2020, where they served as a Client Service Manager until October 2021. Currently, Seth holds the position of Employee Benefits Consultant at McConkey Insurance & Benefits, starting from September 2021. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Resident Assistant at Liberty University from 2016 to 2018.

Seth McCarty, GBA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business/Project Management from Liberty University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in August 2022.
