Doug Morgan

Doug Morgan has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Doug started their career at Fry-Wagner Relocation & Logistics in 1996 as a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for recruitment, document generation, and onboarding procedures. In 2002, they joined McConnell and Associates, where they gradually climbed the ranks from Human Resources Generalist to Human Resources Manager, then to Human Resources Director. In their most recent role as Chief Human Resources Officer and Employee Owner, they served as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management, developed comprehensive recruitment plans, and ensured management succession aligned with the company's strategy and objectives. Doug Morgan's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR management, recruitment, and strategic planning.

Doug Morgan attended Derby High School from 1987 to 1991. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Emporia State University and studied Sociology from 1991 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
