Sebastiampillai Henryk Henderson is a skilled civil engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, obtained between 2005 and 2009. With experience in various roles in the construction industry, Sebastiampillai has served as a Senior Tunnel Engineer at McConnell Dowell, Project Manager at OHIN CONSTRUCTION CO.PTE.LTD, Project Engineer at KGM BROTHERS CONTRACTORS PTE.LTE, and Works Engineer at Jaffna Municipal Council.
