Christopher Bechtler

Christopher Bechtler has extensive experience in marine operations and management, currently serving as Project Manager and Director of Marine Operations at McConnell Golf since March 2013, overseeing marine operations for various properties including Old North State Marina and Crazy Horse Marina. Prior to this role, Christopher served as Marina Manager at McConnell Golf, managing day-to-day operations of a full-service marina. Previous positions include Marine Foreman at Miller Environmental Group, overseeing oil spill recovery, and Maryland Area Dockmaster at Carefree Boat Club, managing multiple boat club locations. Christopher's career in the military includes service as Chief Boatswains Mate in the U.S. Coast Guard and Boatswains Mate in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS America. Education was completed at Carmel High School, graduating in 1982.
