Evin Flinchum

Evin Flinchum is currently a Clinical Assistant at the ECU PT Faculty Clinic, working alongside Dr. Shellie Zsoldos to gain hands-on experience in patient care. Evin also serves as a Server at McConnell Golf since February 2022. Previously, Evin completed a research project as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at East Carolina University focused on leadership and efficacy within ROTC programs, which received funding from multiple university departments. Evin's earlier experience includes a role as a Front Desk Receptionist at ACI Physical Therapy, managing scheduling and patient paperwork, and serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Physical Therapy department, studying exercise effects on aging mice. Evin is pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at East Carolina University, expected to graduate in May 2025, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the Honors College at ECU. Evin graduated from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in May 2018.
