Mayleen Santiago

Mayleen Santiago is an experienced attorney specializing in retirement plans, currently employed at McConnell Valdes since November 2011. In this role, Mayleen assists clients with the establishment, amendment, and termination of Puerto Rico qualified retirement plans, while also handling retirement plan due diligence in relation to corporate reorganization transactions. Prior to this position, Mayleen served as In House Counsel and Retirement Plan Specialist at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico from January 2003 to November 2011, where responsibilities included establishing, amending, and terminating retirement plans, as well as reviewing service provider contracts and deeds of trust. Mayleen holds a degree from Penn State University.
