Nicole Blumner

As Vice President of Development, Nicole Blumner leads the development team, leading the internal team of comprised of design, construction, finance, accounting and legal staff member, and directing the external team which includes community residents and stakeholeders, external consultants, private sector financial partners and public sector agencies. Ms. Blumner will project manage multiple phases of development.
