Luke McCormack is the Founder and CEO of McCormack Partners, a company recognized as a leader in recruitment for the Commercial Roofing Industry across the UK, USA, and Canada since December 2016. With a strong commitment to the roofing sector, McCormack Partners is affiliated with prominent organizations such as the Roofing Alliance, National Roofing Contractors Association, and the National Federation of Roofing Contractors. In addition to serving as a member of the NRCA and the Roofing Alliance, where McCormack holds the position of Governor, involvement includes membership in the Chicago Roofing Contractors Association, International Federation For The Roofing Trade, and previously with the Institute of Roofing. Prior experience includes serving as Divisional Manager of Technical Recruitment at Silverback Partners from December 2012 to November 2016.
