Amy Schaeffer

Amy Schaeffer has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and human resources, currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Organizational Effectiveness and Global Change Management at McCormick & Company since August 2006. In this role, Schaeffer provides strategic consultation and leadership to drive business results and manage change through effective communication strategies. Prior positions at McCormick include HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Specialist, and HR Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed policy interpretation, process improvements, employee relations, and HR program administration.
