Ana Aguado is a highly experienced professional in the field of food science and development. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist in Product Development at McCormick & Company since August 2021, Ana leads a team focused on maintaining product quality and integrity within the Consumer Product Division. Previously, Ana worked as a Senior Food Technologist at Mars Symbioscience, where leadership of the Food Applications team resulted in the development of innovative supplements. Ana's background includes roles at TIC Gums as a Food Scientist, Albert Uster Imports as an Innovations Manager, and an impactful graduate experience at the University of Maryland, where the thesis focused on gluten-free flour development. Ana holds multiple degrees in Food Science from the University of Maryland, as well as an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the New England Culinary Institute.
