Kristen Pittman

Kristen Pittman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Site HR Director at McCormick & Company, where Kristen drives results and enhances the employee experience for over 1,000 employees at the Hunt Valley plant. Kristen has a robust HR background, previously holding the position of Head of People & Culture Ops at RHI Magnesita, focusing on aligning local strategies with global directives. Kristen's career began at Tempstar Staffing as a recruiter and progressed through various HR roles at Voith Hydro, where significant achievements included implementing effective recruitment policies and managing complex HR functions. Kristen holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from Albright College.
