Rahul Patel is an experienced professional in quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Regulatory at McCormick & Company since March 2016, Rahul previously held the position of Corporate Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager at Kemps LLC, where responsibilities included auditing ingredient and packaging suppliers and monitoring supplier KPIs. With over three years of practical knowledge in GFSI benchmark schemes, particularly SQF, Rahul's earlier roles included Production Supervisor and Management Trainee at Kemps LLC, as well as Store Manager at Subway, and Graduate Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Rahul's academic background includes a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a B.Tech in Dairy Technology from Gujarat Agricultural University.
