Rob Hamilton

Rob Hamilton, CHRL, serves as the Senior Director of Total Rewards for the Americas at McCormick & Company since August 2015, having previously held roles as Compensation & Benefits Director and Compensation and Benefits Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Total Rewards Specialist at Randstad Canada, where responsibilities encompassed management of benefits programs for over 850 employees, process improvements, and negotiating benefit plan renewals. Rob initiated a new benefit management module in collaboration with various specialists. Prior engagements also include working as a Technical Recruiter at Randstad Technologies, managing recruitment for IT positions with Fortune 500 companies. Rob holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from Dalhousie University, a Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Victoria.
