Rodney Hayes

Rodney Hayes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Math from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Regulatory Certificate in International Regulations from Michigan State University. Rodney served as the Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at McCormick from January 2012 to December 2014, where responsibilities included directing regulatory affairs for the North American industrial business and overseeing staff development and customer regulatory services. Prior to McCormick, Rodney held the position of Director of Regulatory Affairs at The Coca-Cola Company from December 1986 to January 1989 and worked as a Regional Quality professional at Kraft Foods Group from October 1983 to December 1986, beginning as a Food Technologist.
