Dawn A. Bruno

Dawn A. Bruno, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at McCormick Taylor, Inc. since October 2017, overseeing HR strategy across 17 locations and managing programs for over 400 team members, working closely with C-suite executives to enhance employee satisfaction. Prior to this role, Dawn spent 24 years at McCormick Taylor, Inc. in various capacities, including Director of Employee Relations, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, policy design, and HR functions, as well as Assistant to the President and Assistant to the Vice President of Engineering. Dawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Peirce College, along with a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
