Josh Kozlowski

Josh Kozlowski is a highly experienced noise and air quality analyst with a strong background in environmental planning and transportation noise abatement. Currently serving as a Senior Noise and Air Quality Analyst at McCormick Taylor, Inc. since April 2022, Josh previously held the role of Senior Project Environmental Planner at Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP from May 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing preliminary noise studies and final design noise analyses. Prior to that, Josh worked as a Senior Transportation Noise Abatement Specialist at the Virginia Department of Transportation from October 2011 to May 2016, leading a team on the Route 460 SEIS and contributing to noise policy-making. Earlier experience includes a position as a Transportation Noise Specialist at DLZ Corporation from May 1999 to July 2011, focusing on NEPA document studies and noise barrier design projects. Josh holds a B.S. in Geophysics from The Ohio State University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
