Lugene Keys has an extensive career in communications and public involvement, currently serving as Senior Manager for Communications Services at McCormick Taylor, Inc. since December 2014, where responsibilities encompass public outreach, media relations, and strategic communications for transportation projects. Prior experience includes a long tenure at KCI Technologies, Inc. since 1999, where Lugene has held roles including Practice Leader for Public Involvement and Senior Public Involvement Specialist, focusing on customized communications programs across various project types. Additionally, Lugene worked at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation from 1984 to 1996 as District Community Relations Coordinator, managing public and media relations in an extensive area.
