Tom Lucid is an experienced real estate development professional currently serving as Senior Vice President, Development at McCourt Partners since February 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Senior Vice President, Development at Silverstein Properties from April 2011 to February 2022, contributing to over $5 billion in real estate projects, including the redevelopment of the World Trade Center. Tom's previous experience includes roles at Cantor Fitzgerald, Andre Balazs Properties, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and JP Morgan, covering various aspects of real estate investments, acquisitions, and corporate finance. Tom holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University.
