Josh Gafni

Josh Gafni is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in various innovative roles. Currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of McCoy since April 2022, Josh focuses on enhancing the hiring process by enabling candidates to showcase their potential before interviews. Concurrently, Josh is an Advisory Board Member at Artmatcher, contributing to the development of a digital platform that personalizes art experiences for users globally. Previously, Josh held the position of Engineering Manager II at Tinder, leading an innovation team responsible for developing engaging features for Gen Z, including the Emmy-nominated Swipe Night series. Additional experience includes roles as an iOS Engineer at Avant and SUNN, co-founding Impulse Ministore, and serving in multiple financial analyst positions at The Walt Disney Company. Josh holds a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.
