Michael Lococo

Michael LoCoco is an experienced civil litigator currently practicing at McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC, specializing in fire and explosion cases as well as products liability since August 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held attorney positions at Gruber Law Offices, LLC, where the focus was on personal injury trial cases, and Hausmann-McNally Law Offices as an associate attorney, also concentrating on personal injury. Previous experience includes civil trial work at Peterson, Johnson & Murray, S.C. and various law clerk roles involving debt collection, legal research, and motion drafting, including a tenure at the Dallas Fifth Court of Appeals. Michael earned a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Dallas.
