Becca Hand

Becca Hand has extensive work experience in various roles in the sales and office furniture industry. Becca is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at McCoy Rockford since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Storr Office Environments as the President from April 2021 to March 2022, and as the Chief Operating Officer from April 2019 to April 2021.

Before joining Storr Office Environments, Becca held roles at bkm Total Office of Texas, where they served as the Vice President of Customer Experience from January 2017 to March 2019. In this role, they oversaw the Design and Coordination departments, focusing on customer experience optimization. Previously, they worked as the Manager of Administrative Sales at bkm Total Office of Texas from July 2015 to January 2017, where they managed and developed a team of field and sales coordinators.

Becca also has experience at CORT, the world's largest rent-to-rent furniture company. Becca worked as the Territory Sales Manager from August 2012 to July 2015, where they built and coached a successful outside sales team. Before that, they were a Senior Residential Account Representative from May 2011 to August 2012 and an Account Executive from June 2009 to July 2011.

Additionally, Becca worked as a Business Development Manager at Equity Title from December 2006 to December 2008 and as a Sales Counselor at Pulte Homes from June 2004 to December 2006.

Becca Hand attended Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 2000 to 2004. Becca completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing/Communications during this time.
