Christy Menning has a diverse work experience in the fields of media and fundraising. Christy started their career in 2000 as an Anchor, Reporter, Photographer, and Assignment Manager at KDLT - Sioux Falls, where they worked on various news segments and handled assignments for the 6 and 10 o'clock news. After working in the media industry for two years, they transitioned to become the Chief Development Officer at McCrossan Boys Ranch in 2002.
Christy Menning, CFRE, received their B.S. in Mass Communications, Business Economics/Administration, and Political Science from South Dakota State University in the years 1997-2001. Prior to that, they attended Adrian High School from 1991-1997. In 2009, they obtained a certification in CFRE from CFRE International.

McCrossan Boys Ranch is a private non-profit organization that reaches out to troubled boys between the ages of 9 to 20 who have experienced conflict in their lives. By working on values, goals, education and life skills we prepare our boys to live a balanced life outside the Ranch. McCrossan Boys Ranch is dedicated to supporting youth, strengthening families and providing "New Hope for a Better Life."
