McCullough Clark is a Texas firm offering AI Advisory and bookkeeping
for firms that win on expertise — and need their operations to keep up.

The work is built around a simple observation: most professional
service firms have invested deeply in the expertise they sell, but
much less in the operations that support it. The back office runs
on manual reconciliations, redundant data entry, and intake processes
that pull principals away from billable work. McCullough Clark
addresses both sides of that equation. We get the books right, and
then we build the tools that make the operation match the expertise.

AI Advisory. The firm conducts AI Operations Audits — a structured
review of where automation could meaningfully reduce manual hours —
and builds the custom tools that deliver on it. Voice receptionists,
intake automation, document workflows, internal AI tools. Each
engagement begins with the audit; what gets built depends on what
the audit finds.

Bookkeeping. Monthly bookkeeping on QuickBooks Online, owned by an
Enrolled Agent with 20+ years in accounting. Setup, cleanup, and
ongoing work for firms that want their numbers to actually answer
the questions owners are asking — not just satisfy the tax filing.

What makes the firm unique: most accountants don't build software,
and most AI consultants don't understand accounting. McCullough Clark
is run by Sharla Clark — an IRS Enrolled Agent and QuickBooks Online
ProAdvisor who builds the AI tools herself — and co-founder Whitney
McCullough, who leads the business intelligence and data
infrastructure side. The firm carries both capabilities under one
roof, by design.

A note on the firm name: McCullough Clark was previously known as
Bloom Bookkeeping. The bookkeeping practice continues unchanged; the
new name reflects the expanded firm and its AI Advisory practice.

We work with clients anywhere in the US.
