Daniela Arciniegas

Evaluation Engineer (E.I.T.) at McDaniel

Daniela Arciniegas has a diverse work experience in the field of reservoir engineering and drilling. Daniela currently works as an Evaluation Engineer (E.I.T.) at McDaniel. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Reservoir Engineer at Lewis Energy Group from June 2017 to July 2019, where they designed well-testing strategies, generated reserves audit reports, and developed production surveillance databases. Daniela also has experience as a Petroleum Reservoir Fluids Workshop Assistant Facilitator at the University of Houston and as an intern in various roles at Lewis Energy Group, where they gained practical knowledge in reservoir engineering, production engineering, and drilling.

Daniela Arciniegas completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston in 2016. Daniela then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary, which they completed in 2021.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Daniela Arciniegas has also obtained several certifications. In June 2020, they completed the "Introduction to Sustainability" course from Coursera. In July 2015, they acquired certifications in "Stuck Pipe Prevention," "Well Control Supervisor Level - Drilling and Workover," and "Rig Pass - Well Control International" from the International Association of Drilling Contractors.
