Pavey Gill has work experience in various roles and companies. They started working at McDaniel in 2021 as an Evaluation Engineer-in-Training. Prior to that, they worked at NOVA Chemicals from 2018 to 2019 as a Chemical Engineering Intern, where they created a software model for water conservation and supported plant operations. In 2018, Pavey worked at the Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary as a Learning Assistant, providing academic support to engineering students. Additionally, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Calgary in 2017, where they designed and constructed a microfluidic device and operated various machinery.
Pavey Gill pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with Distinction at the Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary from 2015 to 2020. Continuing their educational journey, Pavey completed a Master's degree in Management at the Haskayne School of Business in 2021.
