Charles Winn

Charles Winn is currently the Director of Piping Engineering and Design at McDermott International Inc. Charles has been with the company since March 2018. Additionally, Charles has held the position of Director of Global Material Management at CB&I since February 2014. Charles completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology at the University of Texas at Tyler from 1982 to 1985. In their current role, Charles oversees the management and leadership of the entire Piping Engineering and Plant Design Department, focusing on work flow improvements, staffing, training, and alignment with consistent methods and processes in project execution.
