Jana Olivas

Jana Olivas, RHIA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in records and information management. Currently serving as the Global Records Manager at McDermott International Inc. since March 2017, Jana provides strategic direction for the company’s Records & Information Management program and oversees compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prior to this role, Jana was the Knowledge Services Manager and Records Manager at Baker Botts L.L.P., leading the development of an automated records management system and managing a large records management team. Earlier career roles include Health Information Manager at HCA Rosewood Medical Center and Health Information Management Coordinator at HCA East Houston Medical Center. Jana holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from The University of Texas Medical Branch, earned between 1994 and 1996.
