Martha A. Quintero Castillo

Martha A. Quintero Castillo, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Senior Manager of HR Governance and Digital Process at McDermott International, Ltd., a position held since February 2020, following roles as Manager and Human Resources Information System Analyst within the same company. Prior to this, Martha worked at Lutech Resources Inc. as an Associate HR Service Center Administrator and took a career sabbatical from June 2011 to August 2019, gaining extensive HR experience. Martha has held various managerial roles in human resources at Blake Platform Rigs and Pride Drilling Mexico, where significant titles included Human Resources Manager and payroll coordinator. Martha's education includes an HR Analytics Certificate from Cornell University, a Human Resources Management Certificate from Rice University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Villahermosa.
