Mila Ghosh is an experienced Human Resources professional with over two decades in the industry, currently serving as Human Resources Director for Project HR Operations at McDermott International, Ltd since December 2017. Mila leads the integrated rollout of Oracle HCM across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, focusing on data integrity and HR process modernization.
