Rahul Paleri

Rahul Paleri is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at McDermott International, Ltd since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rahul held the position of Senior HR Manager for Middle East Operations at The Shaw Group from June 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included advising on organizational strategies and leading International Talent Acquisition. Previously, as the Regional HR Lead for Middle East Pipe Fabrication at McDermott International Inc. from December 2015 to June 2020, Rahul managed HR functions, introduced performance management systems, and resolved employee issues. Rahul's career in HR began at CB&I, where roles included Human Resources Generalist and HR Information System Administrator. Rahul is currently pursuing CIPD Level 3 qualifications.
